Karia Airsoft<\/strong> is not just an ordinary team \u2014 it’s Bodrum\u2019s airsoft team<\/strong>. Born from a love of sport and friendship in one of the most beautiful regions of Turkey, this team has grown into an active community that brings together people through tactics, teamwork, and of course, fun.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a story that began with a simple message between friends and evolved into one of the region\u2019s most organized and active teams. Fair play, safety, and creative scenarios are non-negotiables for them. Karia Airsoft<\/strong> plays every second Sunday, usually in forested areas, and prefers long, milsim-style<\/strong> missions. Their scenarios include technological devices, multiple objectives, and lots of imagination.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s motto is clear: \u201cWe are here for fun.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the interview below, you\u2019ll learn more about the heart of this unique group, its fun-loving members, and why they\u2019re so well-loved in the Aegean airsoft scene.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

1. When and how was your team founded?<\/strong>
It all started when a friend sent me a picture of an airsoft gun. Since 2010, I had been buying airsoft guns, but I couldn\u2019t convince anyone to form a team. I had just sold my G&G AR15 and bought a PCP rifle. When that message came, I said, \u201cOkay, let\u2019s play.\u201d As new friends joined, we came up with the name: KARIA AIRSOFT<\/strong>, to show that our doors are open to everyone on the peninsula.<\/p>\n

2. How many active members do you currently have?<\/strong>
Around 35 active members.<\/p>\n

3. What is your team\u2019s philosophy or vision?<\/strong>
Since the founding members are old friends, our philosophy is to have fun and enjoy time together. Like our first season patch says: \u201cWe are here for fun.\u201d But that doesn\u2019t mean we don\u2019t care about losing.<\/p>\n

4. How do you organize your games? Do you have a regular schedule?<\/strong>
Depending on the weather, we try to play every second Sunday.<\/p>\n

5. What kind of scenarios do you prefer? (e.g., milsim, skirmish, etc.)<\/strong>
We usually prefer milsim scenarios that last at least 4 hours. We include multiple objectives and use electronic or analog devices to keep the excitement alive.<\/p>\n

6. What kind of gear do you mostly use?<\/strong>
Mainly assault-type equipment. Snipers tend to get bored in our terrain, and the legal engagement distances are usually not enough.<\/p>\n

7. Are there any special requirements to join your team?<\/strong>
Yes. Be honest, play fair, attend at least 2 games, and pay the annual membership fee.<\/p>\n
